John Paul Williams

President

John Paul specializes in the formation and organization of special districts and capital projects oversight, including non-potable water resource management. He maintains close working relationships with developers, city officials and contractors, which serve to facilitate the development process from beginning to end. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and a licensed real estate broker.

Danaly Howe

Vice President
District & HOA Manager, CMCA, AMS, CAM

Danaly Howe works as an Association Management Specialist (AMS) and a District Manager. Danaly is uncommonly qualified to provide our clients with useful analyses and projections on various financial data. She graduated Colorado State University with a degree in Mathematics and minor in Business Administration. Her affinity for law and legal writing equips her well to handle the various statutory filings for our communities and associations. She is an avid dancer and enjoys board games and skiing in her spare time.

Stephanie Johnson

Chief Operating Officer
District & HOA Manager, CMCA, CAM

Stephanie Johnson works as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and as a District Manager. She handles management of communities, non-potable water systems, architectural review, and also helps to establish office procedure. She has a degree in Psychology from Hastings College in Hastings Nebraska. Previous to joining Centennial Consulting Group (formerly Metro District Management), she spent 20 years as Operations Manager for Scuba Schools International. Stephanie enjoys being outdoors. She plays adult competitive softball and especially loves mountain biking and spending time with her family.

Krysta Heath

HOA Manager, Vendor Relations Manager,
CMCA, CAM

Krysta Heath joined our team in summer of 2016 as an HOA Manager. Prior to working at CCG she spent 9 years as a Community Manager in residential property management. This previous experience in providing exceptional customer service, along with her talent for organization allowed for an easy transition into the field of HOA Management. Her time outside of the office is spent in various artistic endeavors, outdoor activities, and enjoying the company of her family, friends, and fur-babies.

Alex Carlson

Vice President of Operations

Alex Carlson joined Centennial Consulting Group (CCG) as Vice President of Operations in September 2019 and assists with the organization and implementation of special districts focusing primarily on communities actively under development. Prior to joining CCG, Alex worked as the accounting manager and financial analyst for a real estate development company in Boulder County. He earned a master’s degree in Economics from Colorado State University along with an undergraduate degree from Eckerd College in Economics and a minor in Mathematics. In his spare time he can be found at a local sporting event, golfing or spending time outdoors with his family.

Nikolas Wagner

HOA Manager, CMCA, MA, CAM

Beginning in the summer of 2016, Nikolas Wagner is an HOA manager for CCG. Nikolas has a B.A. and a M.A. in English from the University of Northern Colorado, which gives him a strong professional writing platform to meet any need. His previous experience as a writing instructor for UNCO and as a restaurant manager has given Nik great communication and customer relations skills. While he is not at work, Nik enjoys playing the bass guitar and recording local musicians.

Amber Springstead

HOA Manager, CMCA, CAM

Amber Springstead transitioned to an HOA Manager May 2018 after she began with CCG May 2017. She has over 20 years in customer service and has previous experience as an Assistant HOA Manager. This experience allows her to connect with clients and deliver comprehensive communication with all parties. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, experiencing beautiful Colorado, and capturing unique images as an amateur photographer.

Anne Ilgenfritz

HOA On-Site Manager, CMCA

Anne Ilgenfritz joined CCG in May of 2018 as an on-site District and HOA Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) for Westown in Arvada. Anne has over 20 years of experience in residential construction, and 7 years in the pool and spa industry as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). She has an AA degree in General Studies from Red Rocks Community College and graduated from the Administrative Assistant program at Barnes Business College. She has over 20 years of scouting, supporting parks and wildlife, enjoys a creative pursuit with pottery, traveling, and exploring natural hot springs.

Lauren Jeffers

Controller
Accounting Manager

Lauren Jeffers handles business process management and accounting. She holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics and a B.A. degree in International Studies from Colorado State University. Her expertise equips her to handle various financial and managerial projects. Lauren works with our certified managers to maintain effective client communication, provide periodic financial analysis, and enable efficient operations. Her previous work experience includes interdisciplinary scientific research at CSU and international marketing for a Japanese hotel. She enjoys traveling, games, and exploring creativity through music, photography and dance.

William Stopperan

Chief Financial Officer
District Accountant

Bill is Centennial Consulting Group’s Chief Financial Officer as well as the Accountant for several Metropolitan Districts.  He holds a BBA degree with emphasis in Accounting from the University of Iowa and has been with the company since November 2016.  With over 40 years of experience and having held positions of CEO and CFO, he provides an oversight to internal controls, procedures, and strong fiscal responsibilities.  Outside of work Bill enjoys sports and singing in an all men’s choir.

Andrea Weaver

District Accountant, CMA

Andrea began working for CCG in February 2018 as a district accountant. Andrea became a Certified Management Account, CMA, through the Institute of Management Accountants in 2016. She has an A.A.S Accounting and a B.S. Business Administration. Her prior experience includes budget and finance management at San Juan College. She was part of a team that produced the College's first Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, which earned GFOA's Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. Andrea also has experience as an adjunct instructor, tutor, and metallurgical technician. When not working, she enjoys attending Colorado Eagles hockey games, fishing, and baking.

Lisa Hansen

Accounts Payable Clerk

Lisa joined the CCG team at the beginning of 2018 as the Accounts Payable Admin. She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management from Wayne State College in Nebraska. She has been working in accounting for 40 years and specifically property management accounting since 1990 in various roles including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Property Accountant for commercial, retail, multi-family and HOA management companies. She re-located from the Denver area to Northern Colorado in 2015 and has loved being a part of this community. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling, especially on a cruise ship.

LaVonne Stair

Accountant

LaVonne Stair joined CCG in the fall of 2018, she is a part-time Accountant in our Accounting Department.  LaVonne has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 30 years’ experience in management, government accounting, and human resources.  She provides support to our HOA clients and CCG managers.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and three dogs.

Morgan Nance

A/R Administrator

Morgan began working for CCG as the Accounts Receivable Administrator in July 2019. In May, 2019 she graduated from Colorado State University with her degree in Investment and Corporate Finance. She has experience being the CFO for her 200 member campus organization, as well as working as an accounting assistant at the CSU Campus Recreation. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys hiking, camping, and going to CSU football games!

Emily McIntyre

Senior Assistant Manager

Emily McIntyre began working as an assistant manager on the Centennial Consulting Group (CCG) team in 2017. She has a BA in English from Texas State University and graduated in the Honors College after completing a thesis on the evolution of language on the Internet in 2016. Her detail-oriented nature serves her well as she supports CCG managers and leadership with the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly for our customers and clients. Her hobbies include the practice of brewing loose-leaf tea, baking madeleines, making chainmaille jewelry and knitting hats.

Colin McIntyre

Assistant Manager

Colin McIntyre joined the Centennial Consulting Group team in fall of 2018. He holds a B.A. in English and minor in Computer Science from Texas State University. He has developed a broad range of skills from his years working with non profits, from teaching at a last-chance school in Baltimore to building homes with Habitat for Humanity. Outside of his non profit work, he has an IT background that allows him to support CCG managers in an ever-evolving technological landscape. He enjoys woodworking and leather crafting in his free time.

Nick Hellman

Assistant Manager

Nick Hellman joined CCG as an Assistant Manager in August 2019. He received a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Kansas in 2018. He developed a diverse skill set in analytics and customer service from his studies and previous work experience. Nick joined the team and immediately began taking on duties to help streamline customer and client experience. In his free time Nick loves being outdoors. In the warmer months you can find Nick in the mountains hiking and camping, in winter he enjoys snowshoeing and the occasional winter camping trip.

Olenka Tuleja

Administrative Assistant

Olenka Tuleja joined CCG in early February 2019. She received a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Colorado State University in 2017. Her previous experience in property management and new home sales allowed her to quickly become an administrative asset to the CCG staff. In her spare time Olenka likes to be in the mountains with her dog, play volleyball, draw, and cook.

Bridger Johnson

Administrative Assistant

Bridger Johnson joined CCG as an Administrative Assistant in July of 2019. He brings a broad collection of experience to the table, from customer service to logistical problem solving. With his high organizational skills, he is committed to upholding our promises of excellent HOA and District management. In his spare time, Bridger enjoys writing, tabletop gaming, and game design.
