Qualities That Set Us Apart
CCG combines our outstanding organizational abilities with up-to-date industry knowledge. It is our commitment to stay current on laws and regulations for special districts and HOAs. Our staff regularly attend local seminars, courses, and conferences to educate themselves. We are also a member of the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Community Associations Institute and Special District Association, which allows us to regularly attend courses.
CCG is a flat fee-based management company. This model means the communities we serve can more easily manage budget expenses year over year. With other companies, you might see unpredictable management and administrative fees. Our staff, however, solve problems quickly and avoid those hourly billing rates, if desired.
CCG is the most technologically advanced management company in Colorado. We use top-notch management and accounting software that’s safe, secure, and effective. The communities we serve benefit from easy access to information, including:
Online submission process for architectural reviews and maintenance requests
Easy access to governing documents
Compliance tracking and violation photos
Multiple payment options through our management software
Mass email and text messaging services
Invoice approvals
And more.
We’re a small team, but we leverage our talents to provide for your community. For example, we divide our team members into three specialty groups: Management, Accounting, and Administrative. This allows us to focus on the HOAs and special districts we take on instead of getting lost in the corporate mess. If you’re interested in meeting the team, we invite you to meet the staff.
Our goal is to be a part of your community and help you navigate your special district or HOA. Whether that’s through direct management or offering expert advice and guidance, we’re like a knowledgeable neighbor. The nice one that always waves and brings in their trash cans—not the one that lets their weeds grow a foot tall!
If you have any other questions or would like to learn more about how we can help your special district or HOA, please contact us.
