Bill Stopperan
Bill is Chief Executive Officer and owner of Centennial Consulting Group. He holds a BBA degree with emphasis in Accounting from the University of Iowa and has been with the company since November 2016. With over 40 years of experience and having held positions of CEO and CFO, he provides an oversight to internal controls, procedures, and strong fiscal responsibilities. Outside of work Bill enjoys spending time with his family, sports and singing in an all men’s choir.
Danaly Howe
Danaly Howe works as the Vice President of Business Development for CCG and has been with the company since 2012. She holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), AMS and CMCA designations from CAI and appreciates providing expertise to our staff and homeowners. Danaly graduated Colorado State University with a degree in Mathematics and minor in Business Administration. Her affinity for law and legal writing equips her well to handle the various statutory filings for our communities and associations. She is an avid dancer and enjoys board games and skiing in her spare time.
Stephanie Johnson
Stephanie Johnson serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for CCG. She has been with the company since February 2002. She handles the Human Resources responsibilities, management of the office, assists with establishing office procedure & training, and manages clients when needed. She has a degree in Psychology from Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska. Prior to joining Centennial Consulting Group (formerly Metro District Management), she spent 20 years as Operations Manager for Scuba Schools International. Stephanie enjoys all outdoor activities, listening to live music, and especial enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Nikolas Wagner
Beginning in the summer of 2016, Nikolas Wagner is VP of District Management. Nikolas has a B.A. and a M.A. in English from the University of Northern Colorado, which gives him a strong professional writing platform to meet any need. His previous experience as a writing instructor for UNCO and as a restaurant manager has given Nik great communication and customer relations skills. While he is not at work, Nik enjoys playing the bass guitar and recording local musicians.
Craig Pauls
Craig joined CCG in 2022 as an experienced management consultant and entrepreneur. Since stepping into the role of VP of HOA Management, he’s brought his values of innovation, improvement, and problem solving to the forefront. He believes in a pragmatic “fix the problem” approach to business and works hard to make the communities we represent operate smoothly and pleasantly. Craig draws on his experience in community building to help build better places to live and to make sure our neighborhoods feel like home.
Colin McIntyre
Colin McIntyre joined the Centennial Consulting Group team in fall of 2018 and is currently our Chief Technology Officer. He holds a B.A. in English and minor in Computer Science from Texas State University. He has developed a broad range of skills from his years working with non profits, from teaching at a last-chance school in Baltimore to building homes with Habitat for Humanity. Outside of his non profit work, he has an IT background that allows him to support CCG in an ever-evolving technological landscape. He enjoys woodworking and leather crafting in his free time.
