Leadership Team

Bill Stopperan

Bill is Chief Executive Officer and owner of Centennial Consulting Group.  He holds a BBA degree with emphasis in Accounting from the University of Iowa and has been with the company since November 2016.  With over 40 years of experience and having held positions of CEO and CFO, he provides an oversight to internal controls, procedures, and strong fiscal responsibilities.  Outside of work Bill enjoys spending time with his family, sports and singing in an all men’s choir.

Alex Carlson

Alex Carlson joined Centennial Consulting Group (CCG) as Vice President of Operations in September 2019 and assists with the organization and implementation of special districts focusing primarily on communities actively under development. Prior to joining CCG, Alex worked as the accounting manager and financial analyst for a real estate development company in Boulder County. He earned a master’s degree in Economics from Colorado State University along with an undergraduate degree from Eckerd College in Economics and a minor in Mathematics. In his spare time he can be found at a local sporting event, golfing or spending time outdoors with his family.

Danaly Howe

Danaly Howe works as the Vice President of Business Development for CCG and has been with the company since 2012. She holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), AMS and CMCA designations from CAI and appreciates providing expertise to our staff and homeowners. Danaly graduated Colorado State University with a degree in Mathematics and minor in Business Administration. Her affinity for law and legal writing equips her well to handle the various statutory filings for our communities and associations. She is an avid dancer and enjoys board games and skiing in her spare time.

Stephanie Johnson

Stephanie Johnson serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for CCG. She has been with the company since February 2002. She handles the Human Resources responsibilities, management of the office, assists with establishing office procedure & training, and manages clients when needed. She has a degree in Psychology from Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska. Prior to joining Centennial Consulting Group (formerly Metro District Management), she spent 20 years as Operations Manager for Scuba Schools International. Stephanie enjoys all outdoor activities, listening to live music, and especial enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Andrea Weaver

Andrea began working for CCG in February 2018 as a district accountant. Andrea became a Certified Management Account, CMA, through the Institute of Management Accountants in 2016. She has an A.A.S Accounting and a B.S. Business Administration. Her prior experience includes budget and finance management at San Juan College. She was part of a team that produced the College’s first Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, which earned GFOA’s Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. Andrea also has experience as an adjunct instructor, tutor, and metallurgical technician. When not working, she enjoys attending Colorado Eagles hockey games, fishing, and baking.

Nikolas Wagner

Beginning in the summer of 2016, Nikolas Wagner is an HOA manager for CCG. Nikolas has a B.A. and a M.A. in English from the University of Northern Colorado, which gives him a strong professional writing platform to meet any need. His previous experience as a writing instructor for UNCO and as a restaurant manager has given Nik great communication and customer relations skills. While he is not at work, Nik enjoys playing the bass guitar and recording local musicians.

Craig Pauls

Craig joined CCG in 2022 as an experienced management consultant and entrepreneur. Since stepping into the role of Director, he’s brought his values of innovation, improvement, and problem solving to the forefront. He believes in a pragmatic “fix the problem” approach to business and works hard to make the communities we represent operate smoothly and pleasantly. Craig draws on his experience in community building to help build better places to live and to make sure our neighborhoods feel like home.

Bob Clendening

Bob began working at CCG in 2020. He came to CCG with a B.S. degree in Business Administration (with an emphasis in accounting), from Oregon State University. Bob brings over 20 years of accounting experience to the CCG accounting team. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions from staff accounting and financial analyst roles, to managing corporate accounting teams. These roles helped him to develop a solid foundation in GAAP/general accounting, financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and variance analysis. He is looking forward to utilizing these skills, to help support your boards, in all of their accounting needs. In his free time, Bob likes to bike, camp, and travel.

Renee Radke

Renee joined CCG in July of 2020. She brings over 20 years of restaurant management experience to our team. Although she is new to the HOA management world, she is excited to help our team provide great service to our clients. Renee is originally from Wisconsin and grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. She has called Fort Collins her home for over 10 years. She loves the snow and cold weather sports. Mostly she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two playful pups.
